Under Portia's leadership, the Human Capital Solutions division, a key pillar of McCabe International Limited, has thrived, offering a comprehensive range of human capital solutions to clients. She has successfully brought together professional experts from Payroll & HR Outsourcing and Advisory Services, Professional Resources Solutions, and Client Services teams to form a robust service unit, providing clients with a comprehensive range of human capital solutions and advisory services.

Portia's commitment to providing exceptional service led her to establish the Client Services division, catering to the firm's esteemed Business Services and Outsourcing clients. Additionally, she founded Professional Resources Solutions in 2018, which addresses various clients' resourcing needs through services such as professional secondment, staff augmentation, recruitment, executive search, and onsite consulting.

In 2022, Portia took charge of the Payroll & HR Outsourcing Services division, leveraging their more than 40 years of experience in serving clients across diverse industries. This service line specialises in fully managed payroll outsourcing, HR administration outsourcing, expatriate services, and HR advisory services.

Throughout her career, Portia has demonstrated expertise in a wide range of professional services. Initially focusing on areas such as audit, IPOs, business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and forensic accounting, she later shifted her focus to business & HR outsourcing, talent acquisition & management, and business consulting services.

Portia has successfully served a portfolio of prestigious clients, including private and public listed companies (both local and overseas) as well as multinational corporations. Her clients span various industries, including financial institutions (insurance and banks), retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, service, and trading companies.
